Free dress is allowed on specific days during the academic year. On Cornerstone free dress days, students are expected to dress appropriately and modestly. Clothing must be clean and pants should be free of rips and tears. Skirts must be at or below the knee. Shorts must be below finger tips when arms are hanging at side. Tank tops and midriff cut tops are not allowed. Leggings are not allowed as pants, but may be worn under skirts. For swimming activities, girls must wear a one-piece bathing suit or a two-piece that covers the midriff (tankini style); a dark colored tee-shirt must be worn at all times over any other style suit. Students are not allowed to wear any clothing that displays advertisements for alcohol, cigarettes, or that uses inappropriate language or gestures. If your child has a free dress coupon, it may not be redeemed on a chapel day or a field trip.
End-of-Year Uniform Sale
The Used Uniform Sale, held the last day of school, is your opportunity to buy and/or sell previously worn uniforms, embroidered sweaters and sweatshirts, fleece vests and fleece jackets, in good condition at approximately 50% off the current year retail price. All proceeds from the sale go directly to the families offering items for sale. Items that do not sell and are marked “donate” will be given to charity.
